How to carry out a preliminary energy audit
This On-line website based course is based on a structured set of materials presented in a modular format. It covers the range of things that you need to know in order to successfully assess and document your businesses’ energy usage and to develop a basic energy management strategy.
The ENERGY-WISE Course is free to use during the EC funding phase of the project and will subsequently be made "free at the point of use" to all qualifying individuals.
The ENERGY-WISE Course is the fastest way to prepare you for carrying out a preliminary energy audit. With its web-based format it allows access to materials from any internet enabled computer - wherever and whenever it suits you.

The Carbon Trust just launched a new business to help UK companies reduce their energy costs and install greener, more efficient technology. The launch comes as a new survey by the Carbon Trust has found that 76% of companies are more concerned than they were six months ago by rising energy costs and are very concerned about its impact on their business. Over half are expecting energy price rises of at least 11% over the next three years.
